Each bath soak is lovingly created with botanical ingredients to enliven your senses and take care of your body. Choose our Breathe Deep soak to open your respiratory system, promote cleansing and relaxation on à deep level and to help you catch up on your zzz. 

Ingredients

Epsom salts, Chamomile, Spearmint, Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Lemongrass, Oatstraw, Fennel Seed, Passion Flower, St john’s Wort, Calendula Petals, Rose Petals, Hops, Valerian Root.

Do a foot or hand soak before a home pedicure or manicure.  I recommend doing a full bath soak as a self care ritual.  When using our botanical soaks for a bath, you can either scoop a ½ cup or so of the blend right into the tub letting the herbs and flowers float around. If you don’t like the cleanup aspect of this, then simply put the soak into a reusable muslin bag!
