Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (10% restocking fee applies.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@urbanmystic.ca. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot accept this type of return if the item has been used in ANY way. This is the only type of return/exchange that includes shipping.*****

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not cover shipping on exchanges.********

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.(10% restocking fee applies.)

Step 1: Make sure it hasn’t been past 30 days.

Step 2: Ship your item(s) back

Step 3: Fill out ELECTRONIC form below with return tracking number.

Step 4: Be patient as we process your request.

Step 5: Depending on your form request or date received, the Shipping Dept. will either refund or send you a code to re-order within 5-7 business days of your item arriving back into our inventory.
