Ingredients

Epsom salts, Damiana leaf, Lemon verbena, Lavendin, Cleavers Herb, Oatstraw, Calendula Petals

Do a foot or hand soak before a home pedicure or manicure.  I recommend doing a full bath soak as a self care ritual.  When using our botanical soaks for a bath, you can either scoop a ½ cup or so of the blend right into the tub letting the herbs and flowers float around. If you don’t like the cleanup aspect of this, then simply put the soak into a reusable muslin bag!  

Want to customize your blend? Add your favorite essential oils to your soak!
