How to use
To clear energy, keep a doorway or window open for denser energy to have a pathway out. Light the sage or palo santo and run the smoke on your back and front body and around the entire room if you are working with clients or wanting to clear your space, including plants and statues. Make sure to put out the sage by pressing it down in the abalone shell and that it’s completely put out. Same with the palo santo.
Caution: It is recommended not to use sage or palo santo if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
CARE: Clean the abalone shell with lukewarm water. Selenite clears and regenerates its own energy.
